We are the dealer for a company that has been around since 1946 producing outboard engines and then brush cutters and chainsaws in the early 50’s. In 1956 a man named Art Ingels built the first go-kart and powered it with a West Bend two stroke engine. In the late 50’s and early 60’s karting really caught on and 2-cycle kart engine production shot right passed the other manufactured equipment. Through the 70’s and early 80’s the West Bend 2-stroke engines became Chrysler Power Bee’s and started being used in even more industrial applications. There were weedwackers, tampers, pumps, rescue equipment, recreational vehicles, ground augers and many other two stroke engine uses.
After some changes in the company and a move from Hartford, WI to East Troy, WI they are still around and still offering the finest two cycle oil products available. They are currently known as US Motor Power and mother company to US2 Oil.
