Due to the nature of this product we do not feel that a return policy is applicable.

Backorder Policy
Any item that is ordered and is currently not in stock will be placed on back order and should arrive at our location within seven business days and shipped out the following day. Customers will be notified that an item is out of stock and given the option of back order or placing the order again at another date. We appreciate your patience and will fill your orders in a fast and timely manner.
Shipping Policies
We charge for shipping based upon total weight of your order.
Products are shipped USPS on most items with delivery up to 5-9 business days depending on recipients location. On large orders alternative shipping company may be used. Please contact us for large orders or pallets of oil for price and shipping.
Currently we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses or Military Addresses.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE/MISSING MERCHANDISE
Inspect your product(s) immediately upon receipt. If you should receive parts that are freight damaged or missing due to a broken box, contact the carrier immediately. They will process your claim. If you find a shortage in your order, you must advise us of that shortage within 7 days.
Damaged Goods Policy
All damages must be reported to the delivering carrier immediately. We take pride and care to make sure that products leave in excellent condition and cannot be responsible for proper handling after they leave our establishment.
