Why is US2 Oil is classified as a "green product"?
Environmentally preferable products and services are defined as those that "have a lesser or reduced effect on human health and the environment when compared to other products and services that serve the same purpose. This comparison may consider raw materials acquisition, production, manufacturing, packaging, distribution, reuse, operation, maintenance or disposal of the product or service. Environmentally preferable products may include less or non-toxic products, products manufactured with recycled content, biobased products, products and services that reduce waste, energy efficient products and products that reduce water consumption. Can US2 Oil be used in marine applications or just for my 2-cycle lawn care equipment?
Yes, people who use it can enjoy the same benefits whether in the yard, on the track, or out on the water. This is a great product for all 2-cycle engines and eliminates the hassle and worry or proper mix ratios for different two stroke engines.
Why is it an advantage to be petroleum based?
As an engine manufacturer we spent and dedicated 2 solid years to testing petroleum and synthetic oil in our two stroke engines, we have tested over 50 of the leading 2-cycle oils and have not found a synthetic or petroleum oil that works as well or better than US2 Oil. We do not know of or have not found any engine manufacturer that recommends synthetic 2 stroke oil for their engines over a petroleum based product. They are all petroleum based. This is a low sulfate high quality petroleum based two stroke oil.
How is US2 Oil packaged for shipping and buying?(shipping and prices page).
Individual pkgs. (pouch) are 1.8oz, weigh .102lbs. It takes 1 pouch for 1 gallon of gas.
1 box of pouches is 48 1.8oz. pkgs. Each box weighs 5.4lbs. (7.5" W x 10.5" L x 4.25" H).
1case or carton of pouches is 6 boxes (288 pouches). Each case weighs 33lbs (15.5" x 10.5" x 13").
1 pallet is 40 cases plus 70lbs for the pallet (1390lbs.).
1 bottle of EZ mix (makes 20 gallons of gas) weighs 2.25lbs.
1case of EZ mix bottles (12 bottles) weighs 28lbs. (15.5" x 10.5" x 9.75").
1pallet is 50 cases of bottles plus 70lbs. for the pallet (1470lbs.).
What quality assurance packaging processes are in place?
There is 30 years of packaging experience and history of success. Two stroke Oil pouch boxes of 48 are individually wrapped to prevent leakage and contamination of the entire lot. All of the US2 products sit for 48 hrs. after production and inspected for leakage prior to shipping. Five foot random drop tests are conducted for every lot produced to ensure integrity. First run product is always tested. The shipping and stacking requirements are posted on each wrapped pallet of 2-stroke oil.
Are there manufacturing support and display materials available?
Yes, the easy-sell counter top display box holds 48, 1 gallon mix pouches and US2 Oil can be displayed on a rack that can hold all current and future products. The overall measurements are: 51" high, top of header: 69", width: 24", depth: 16", when we add our header card it brings overall height to 54". The card mounts to the back of the top shelf and is adjustable, all the shelves are also adjustable. A nice display for your 2-stroke oil.
